HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

Due to COVID-19 and supply chain slowdowns, the standard time is 7-10 business days. However we do try to send your order as soon as possible. We apologize if your order takes longer than expected. In addition, for any all over print/premium items please allow up to 14 days (2 weeks) for delivery; as these are made cut and sew on demand; during the month of December these orders can take up to 3 weeks to be delivered; please plan accordingly. 

URGENT ISSUES

We automatically send you a confirmation email at the time of order and a tracking email once the order has been fulfilled; if you do not see these emails please check your spam folder for emails from backoffice@thestoryweaverofficial.com. If you need urgent assistance, please email backoffice@thestoryweaverofficial.com with your ORDER NUMBER. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipping charges are based on the weight of contents and destination of your order. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Including Canada)

International shipments are subject to additional duties taxes and other customs fees. We are not responsible for tariffs or customs fees. Please allow at least 4-6 weeks for international orders to be delivered.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the package has been shipped. We cannot guarantee delivery dates.
